Day 1 of the 2 days Kibale National Park safari Uganda tour: Transfer from Kampala to Kibale Forest National Park

After Breakfast at your hotel, prepare to leave Kampala and head to Kibale National Park. You will drive through the towns of Mubende and Kyenjojo and Fort Portal driving 340km in about 6hours. Fort portal is one of the most attractive towns in Uganda situated in rolling hillsides characterized with neat tea plantations offering excellent views across to the glacial peaks of the Rwenzori Mountains. Arrive and check in at your respective accommodation booked, refresh and relax meal plans dinner and overnight.

Alternatively; If you arrive earlier, you can do a community walk, forest walk or you may choose to stay at the hotel and relax.

Day 2 of the 2 days Kibale National Park safari Uganda:  Do chimpanzee trekking and return back to Kampala.

After your early morning breakfast, head to the park headquarters for your Uganda chimpanzee trekking safari at 8am from the park rangers about the activity. After the briefing, join other trekkers and begin your adventure to meet our closest relatives the “Chimpanzees” in the Kibale forest. Tracking chimpanzees will last for 3-4 hours. During your chimpanzee trekking safari Uganda, you will come across other primates like Black and white Colobus, Grey cheecked Mangabeys, several bird species and different tree species along the trails you will use.

Later after the activity, return to your hotel for lunch and prepare to leave this part of the world and return back to Kampala. You will arrive in the evening and stay at your chosen accommodation.
